Print the Timeline

You can print the Timeline tab as it appears on the screen by choosing File>Print or Ctrl+P).

A Timeline tab often prints over more than one page. To print on one page you can:

• Resize the tab.
• In the Page Setup dialog box, choose "landscape" rather than "portrait" orientation (File>Page Setup).
• In the Print Settings dialog box, reduce the margins (File>Print Settings or Ctrl+Alt+P).
• In the Print Settings dialog box (File>Print Settings), select Scale graphics to page.

Note If your screen is set to display a large number of pixels (high resolution), the Timeline appears smaller on the screen than it does when printed.
