Timeline Borders

The timeline has three borders that help orient you to the time, place, and archeological period:

  1. The time scale at the top shows the years from -4000 to 2200. The minus signs indicate BCE or BC dates. This scale and the accompanying vertical grid adjust as you zoom in and out of the Timeline.

Click in, or select part of the scale, to create a report on all items currently displayed for that time.
  2. The region labels at the left identify the geographical regions with which the events and people are associated.
  3. The archaeological periods at the bottom show the major cultural periods which apply to the entire area of the Bible lands.
