View Text Footnotes
Many texts include footnotes in the form of superscript letters (a), numbers (1), or characters (†, *). Footnotes can be viewed in the Instant Details, or opened in a Tool tab tied to the text.
To view footnotes in the Instant Details, do one of the following:

To view all footnotes for that verse, place the cursor over the verse.

To view only the specific footnote, place the cursor over the specific footnote.
To open the footnotes in a Tools tab:
Click the footnote. The Tools tab is automatically tied to the Search tab The core tab used to search Bible texts, it consists of a search entry area and a search results area for easy access to other notes as you scroll through the text.
To open the footnotes in a Tools tab and all Scripture links in a Text tab:
Note Because of the way certain notes are formatted, placing the cursor over a footnote marker displays all footnotes for that verse in the Instant Details (for example, the NAS95S and BHS). |
