Exporting Text and Images

Text and images in Accordance Bible Software can be exported for use in an external program.

The procedure for doing this is similar in all cases; you must select the desired text or image and export to convert a file to another format for use in another application. (or save) it in a new format. Once the text or image is in a compatible exported format it can be imported to other programs for use there.

English text can be exported from any pane in several ways:

• Copy and Paste: Simply copy the text in Accordance and paste the text into your application.
• Save as Text File (plain ASCII text or RTF): Select the text and choose the appropriate option from the File menu.

To export Greek and Hebrew text you must first set the export options in the Preferences dialog box (Export area).

Special copy options can also be used, which affect the format of the copied text.
