Exporting a Paper
You can save a Paper to a text file that can be opened in your word processor.
A Paper is exported using one of three text formats:
- Plain Text: No font or style information is preserved for the text or verse references.
- RTF: The font and style information is preserved. Most standard word processors can open RTF files and display them with the chosen font and style.
- Docx: The native format for Microsoft Word documents. The font and style information are preserved.
This procedure exports a Paper for use in a word processor. Once the Paper is in a compatible exported format it can be imported to other programs for use there.
- Open a Paper. If the workspace contains two or more zones, ensure the zone containing the Paper is active The application, window, tab, or other screen element which is currently being used; sometimes called the "front" or "frontmost" screen element by clicking anywhere in the Paper tab.
