Example: Amplify to a Timeline

If the Timeline is installed, you can amplifyClosed To select words or a reference and search for the selection in the text or tool of your choice. You can select the resource in the Library or Amplify menus. A triple-click is a shortcut which amplifies to the top tool of the relevant category. from a name in a Bible text to timeline information about that name in a Timeline tab.

  1. Highlight a name in the Bible text to select it. For this example, highlight "Esau" in Genesis 35:1 of the KJVS.
  2. In the Library, pass the cursor over the Timeline icon (Click to open a Timeline). The AmplifyClosed To select words or a reference and search for the selection in the text or tool of your choice. You can select the resource in the Library or Amplify menus.   3. Click Amplify (Rest the cursor over the module name in the Library to display the Amplify button. Click to amplify to the module.). A Timeline tab opens highlighting the life span of Esau.
