The tables below show all the picture icons appearing on buttons in Accordance, along with a brief description of their uses.

Table of Contents (TOC) button used to navigate through content in a resource. TOCClosed table of contents (Table of Contents) Opens either a List or Grid for navigating to a specific book, chapter, and verse in a TextClosed When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library, or specific title (heading) in a ToolClosed When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library

History Functionality depends on whether or not a search has been performed:

No search performed (enabled only after tapping): Tap to navigate back and forth between different locations in the same moduleClosed Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource (that you went to using the TOCClosed table of contents button); this history is cleared each time a new search is performed

After a ToolClosed When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library search or TextClosed When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library search with context set to All: Tap to navigate back and forth between visited bookmarks; This history is cleared each time a new search is performed
Navigate Bookmarks Functionality depends on whether or not a search has been performed:

No search performed (TextClosed When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library modules): Tap to go to the next or previous chapter

No search performed (ToolClosed When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library modules): Tap to go back and forth between headings in the moduleClosed Any Bible text, or other single tool that can be read in Accordance, including reference texts and articles; may also be referred to as content or resource

After a ToolClosed When capitalized, refers to a secondary source in the Accordance Library search or TextClosed When capitalized, refers to a primary source in the Accordance Library search with context set to All: Tap to jump to the next or previous bookmark
